An article states that 30% of students in Bangalore use drugs. Also dangerous information about sex leading to drug addiction is just as available as other information.

Possible factor, Bangalore is the tech-capital or "India's Silicon Valley", pressure for jobs and success may contribute to high rates. In India it ranks 2nd for city with the most suicides.
