This is a letter from one of Albany's City council members to the DEC requesting an Environmental Justice Report be created regarding the communities close to where Global Companies (South End) plans on making an oil heating facility. Not sure where it fits in, need to figure it out.
This link discusses how in May of 2015, the DEC pulled back their ruling that an oil heating facility would not have any environmental impact. Also have plans to put new air quality sensor near South End.
