Abstract: In November 2011, Volve and Honda started testing the electric cars in Shanghai and Guangzhou. All traces show that international automobile companies have anxiously dig into the China’s electric vehicle field.

I. China pays a lot attention on electric cars. The petroleum resource in exile in China, thus, promoting the use of electric car is an efficient way to reduce fossil fuel usage and greenhouse gases emission.
II. The purpose of the international automobile company is to dominate the electric car market in China. The year of 2012 will probably be China’s third year to win the world’s largest auto market and China has the potential to develop the largest electric vehicle market.
III. In order to encourage the development of electric cars, China started to give perk on private electric vehicle selling in Shanghai, Shenzhen, Hefei and Changchun.
